Fahriye Evcen (born 4 June 1986) is a German-Turkish actress and model. She is best known for her roles as Necla Tekin on Yaprak Dökümü based on the novel by Reşat Nuri Güntekin, and as Feride in the TV series Çalıkusu, based on the novel by Reşat Nuri Güntekin.
Evcen was born in Solingen, Germany. She is of Circassian origin from maternal side and her paternal family are Turkish immigrant from Kavala.[1] She studied sociology for one year in Germany. Actress Oya Aydoğan introduced Evcen to producer Ibrahim Mertoğlu while Fahriye was in Turkey for the holiday. At the age 19, she moved to Turkey where she studied history at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, graduating in 2014. In January 2015, she became the face of L'OrealParis and the face of Koton in late 2016.[2] On 29 June 2017, she married Turkish Actor Burak Özçivit in Istanbul.
